Yes. The app uses IndexedDB for local storage and Zustand for state management. Your collections, queue, and settings are stored locally and persist between sessions.
You need internet for card recognition (API), price fetching, and cloud sync. Basic viewing of locally stored data may work offline, but scanning and pricing require connectivity.
