What hardware do I need?
Any device with a modern browser. Optionally add a Stripe Terminal reader for card payments and a thermal receipt printer. No proprietary hardware required.
Are there commission fees?
No. $49.99/month flat. Zero commission on every sale, return, and purchase - regardless of volume.
Can staff members have different permissions?
Yes. Buy mode, returns, and other sensitive features can be restricted per staff account. PIN login lets staff switch quickly without full credentials.
Does it integrate with Shopify?
Yes. Products, customers, and orders sync with your Shopify store. You can search and sell Shopify products directly from the POS.
How does table-time billing work?
Create activities with hourly or session-based pricing. Start a group, add players, and the system tracks time per person. Pause, resume, or switch activities mid-session. At checkout, a POS order is created automatically with rounding options applied.
What payment methods are supported?
Cash, card (via Stripe Terminal), store credit, gift card, and e-transfer. Any transaction can be split across multiple payment methods.
Do I need the Inventory module?
Inventory is included free with every account. The POS uses your inventory for product search, stock tracking, and automatic quantity updates on sales and returns.
Do I need anything extra for Buy Mode?
Yes. Buy Mode requires the Buylist module, which powers condition-based pricing and vendor tracking. Once active, Buy Mode is available directly in the POS.
