SortSwift does not delete inventory data because a subscription is canceled. Inventory records, synced listings, listed items, and related inventory history remain preserved unless the account owner asks SortSwift to remove them.
Inventory data cannot be purged manually from inside the SortSwift app. If you want inventory data removed, the account owner must request deletion by contacting [email protected].
Our 3-year inventory data expiration applies only when an account has no active subscriptions and remains dormant. Accounts with active subscriptions are not subject to that dormant-account expiration.
During the retention period, inventory exports remain available so account owners can request or download their inventory data.
You can access, update, or delete your personal data by contacting [email protected].
Inventory data deletion is handled by request only; it cannot be completed manually from inside the app. The only automatic inventory data expiration is the 3-year dormant-account policy described above.
You can unsubscribe from promotional communications using provided links or by contacting us directly.
Our services integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., TCGplayer, Shopify). These platforms have their own privacy policies, and we recommend reviewing their policies before sharing personal data with them.
SortSwift is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you suspect we have collected such data, please notify us immediately at [email protected].
This policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of SortSwift after updates indicates acceptance of those changes.
