Queue & Price Resolution

The Queue holds all items you have scanned. From here you can edit card details, resolve prices from multiple sources, perform bulk operations, and export or push data to your SortSwift inventory, buylist, or staging.

Viewing the Queue

Open the Queue tab to see all scanned items. Each item shows:

  • Card name, set, and printing type
  • Condition and language
  • Quantity
  • Price (from the configured source)
  • Price change indicators (up/down)

Editing Item Details

Tap an item to edit:

  • Condition: NM, LP, MP, HP, DM
  • Printing: Normal, Foil, Etched, etc.
  • Language: English, Japanese, etc.
  • Quantity: Adjust the number of copies

Changes update the displayed price based on your price source settings.

Price Resolution from 8+ Sources

Prices can be resolved from multiple sources, including:

  • Market price
  • Low price
  • Mid price
  • Direct Low price
  • EU prices
  • CardTrader prices
  • Manapool prices
  • Card Kingdom prices

You can choose which source to display and configure a fallback chain when a source has no data.

Configurable Price Fallback Chain

In Settings, you can set the preferred order of price sources. For example:

  1. Try Market price first
  2. If unavailable, try Low price
  3. Then Mid price, then Direct Low, etc.

Bulk Operations

Select multiple queue items to perform bulk actions:

  • Bulk edit condition, printing, or language
  • Bulk remove items from the queue
  • Apply operations to all selected items at once

Export Queue to CSV

Export your queue data to a CSV file:

  1. Open the Queue
  2. Tap Export or the export button
  3. Choose your export template (configured in Settings)
  4. Download or share the CSV file

Push Queue to Staging Inventory

When signed in, you can push queue items to your SortSwift staging inventory:

  1. Ensure you are signed in
  2. Review and edit queue items as needed
  3. Tap "Push to Staging" or equivalent
  4. Items are sent to staging for review in the main SortSwift dashboard

Create Buylist Order from Queue

Turn your scanned items into a buylist order:

  1. Sign in to your SortSwift account
  2. Review queue items and ensure pricing is correct
  3. Tap "Create Buylist Order" or equivalent
  4. The order is created in your SortSwift buylist system for processing

Split Items

The Split feature lets you split a quantity into separate entries. For example, if you have 4x of a card and want to split them into 2x and 2x (e.g., for different conditions or destinations), use Split to create separate queue entries.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the queue persist between sessions?

Yes. The queue is stored in IndexedDB and persists when you close the app or browser. Items remain until you remove them or clear the queue.

Can I change the price source for a single item?

Typically, the price source is global (set in Settings). Some implementations may allow per-item overrides—check the item edit screen for options.

What export templates are available?

Export templates are configured in Settings. They control which columns appear in the CSV and in what order. Your SortSwift account may have predefined templates for common use cases.
