Creating an Account
Sign up for SortSwift with your email, password, and store or business name. Email verification is required before you can access your account.
Access the sign-up page at /auth/sign-up.
Required Registration Fields
All of the following are required to create an account:
- Email: A valid email address that you have access to. You will receive verification and account-related emails at this address.

Email Verification Required
SortSwift requires email verification after sign-up. Until you verify:
- You cannot sign in to your account
- A verification link is sent to your email immediately after registration
- If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder
- Resend verification is available if the link expires or was not received
Auth0 Integration
SortSwift offers optional Auth0 integration for identity management. If your organization uses Auth0, you may be able to sign up or sign in through Auth0 instead of the standard email/password flow. Contact your administrator or SortSwift support for setup details.
Common Sign-Up Issues
- Email already registered: If you have an existing account, use Password Reset or sign in instead.
- Weak password: Ensure your password meets all requirements.
- Passwords don't match: Re-enter both fields to ensure they match.
- Invalid email format: Use a valid email address with @ and a proper domain.
- Verification email not received: Check spam, wait a few minutes, and use the resend option if available.
Tip: After signing up, check your email (including spam) for the verification link. You must verify before signing in. If you don't receive the email, use the resend verification option on the verification screen.
Security: Use a unique password for SortSwift. Do not reuse passwords from other sites. Consider enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) after verification for added security.
