Native, not bolted on

Why native events matter.

When events live inside your store platform, every attendee becomes a customer record you can act on.

Attendees become customers

Every player who checks in gets a customer record. Purchase history, event attendance, and trade-ins all in one profile.

Single ledger

No more reconciling spreadsheets, separate event apps, and your POS. Entry fees, prizes, and sales all post to the same books.

VIP recognition

Identify your most active players automatically. Reward loyalty based on actual attendance and spend data, not guesswork.

Events is in open beta Beta

In open beta since April 8, 2026. Core tournament features are stable and in production use. We ship new features and refinements based on store feedback. Available on the Core tier ($249/mo) and above.

One platform, not another tab

Why not a separate event tool?

Separate event tools

  • Attendees exist in a silo with no purchase data
  • Entry fees tracked outside your accounting
  • No connection between event players and inventory
  • Manual data entry between systems
  • Another monthly subscription to manage

SortSwift Events

  • Every attendee is a customer with full history
  • Entry fees post to your store ledger
  • Event data informs inventory and ordering
  • Zero manual reconciliation
  • Included in your existing Core subscription
