Simple Sifter is a hardware scanning application that runs on a Raspberry Pi or similar Linux host connected to a Fujitsu ADF sheet-fed scanner. It uses the SANE backend to control the scanner hardware and sends scanned card images to SortSwift for identification. The browser-based UI is served locally from the host device — it is not a cloud or browser-only tool, and card identification happens server-side, not in the browser.
