Common platform integration sync issues and how to resolve them.
If sync fails with permission errors, the app may lack required scopes. Reconnect the integration and ensure all requested permissions are granted.
Large syncs or slow network can cause timeouts. Try syncing in smaller batches or during off-peak hours. Check your internet connection and firewall settings.
Shopify enforces API rate limits. SortSwift respects these limits and will retry; syncs may take longer during high-volume updates. Use Speed Boosters and avoid triggering multiple full syncs in short succession.
CardTrader JWT tokens expire. If sync stops working, regenerate your token in CardTrader and update it in SortSwift integrations. See the CardTrader integration docs for token steps.
eBay OAuth tokens can expire or be revoked. If eBay sync fails, re-authorize the connection in the eBay integration settings.
ManaPool uses webhooks for real-time updates. If webhooks fail, check that the webhook URL is correct and your server is accessible. Reconnect ManaPool if the access token has expired.
