Common pricing and autopricing issues and how to resolve them.
Autopricing V2 uses price sources, modifiers, and rounding rules. Misconfiguration can lead to zero prices or unexpected results. Use the Simulate Pricing feature to test before applying.
If products show zero or no price, the primary and fallback sources may not have data. Some products (e.g., very new, obscure) may lack community pricing. Use manual overrides or a different source for those items.
Exchange rates are updated periodically. If you use a non-USD currency, prices may lag slightly during rate updates. Configure your store currency and ensure rates are refreshing.
Rounding rules (e.g., round to nearest $0.25 or $0.99) affect final prices. If prices seem off, check rounding configuration. Aggressive rounding can amplify small differences.
Community pricing data depends on market activity. Low-volume or new products may have sparse or stale data. Consider enabling additional price sources or manual overrides for edge cases.
