Common questions about SortSwift subscriptions, scan credits, currency, exports, and more.
Scan credits reset monthly based on your subscription. Unused credits may roll over depending on your plan. Top-up packs are available for additional scans. New product SKUs created from scans typically do not consume credits.
Manage your plan, billing, and payment methods in Account Management → Subscriptions. Upgrade or downgrade at any time; prorated adjustments apply.
SortSwift supports multiple currencies. Set your store currency in Currency Settings. Raw prices (often USD) are converted using exchange rates updated periodically. Configure exchange rate source and update frequency if needed.
Inventory and orders can be organized by location. Shopify supports multiple locations; configure location mode in the Shopify integration. WMS features provide location-level management.
Export inventory, orders, and reports to CSV from their respective pages. Staging and history views also support export. For bulk data export, use CSV export with filters.
API usage is subject to rate limits based on your plan. High-volume integrations (e.g., large syncs) may throttle; batch operations and off-peak syncs help. Contact support for enterprise limits.
SortSwift supports 40+ trading card games including Magic, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and many others. See the Supported Games documentation for the full list and recognition quality notes.
Use a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) with JavaScript enabled. Camera access is required for live scanning. Some features (e.g., receipt printing) require QZ Tray or similar local apps.
