Log in to the SortSwift dashboard.
Navigate to Scanning → File Upload (or go directly to /scanner/sortswift).
The upload interface displays a drag-and-drop zone and a button to select files.

Uploading Images

Drag-and-drop JPG or PNG images onto the upload area, or click to select files.
You can upload multiple images in a single batch.
Each image is queued for processing; the recognition engine will identify card name, set, collector number, printing type (foil/non-foil/etched), and language.

Condition is not auto-detected. You must manually select condition (NM, LP, MP, HP, DM) for each card.

Reviewing Recognition Results

After processing, each card displays:

Card name, set, and collector number — identified by the recognition engine
Printing type — foil, non-foil, etched, etc.
Language — auto-detected when possible
Price — calculated via autopricing integration
Alternative suggestions — when recognition is uncertain, you can pick from other matches
Image cropping and preview — adjust or confirm the card crop
Remarks/comments — add per-card notes

High-value card detection alerts flag potentially valuable cards for extra attention.

Bulk Operations

Save time by selecting multiple cards and applying changes in bulk:

Bulk update condition
Bulk update language
Bulk update printing type
Bulk update quantity

Scan Credits

Each processed image consumes scan credits from your subscription. See Scan Credits in the Scanning docs for limits, rollover, and top-up options.

Tip: Keep a small reference batch of known cards. If match quality drops, scan the reference batch to verify lighting or camera settings before processing new uploads.
