Creating Purchase Orders

Create a purchase order to order products from a supplier. Add line items from your catalog or supplier product mappings.

• Select Supplier: Choose from your configured suppliers
• Add Items: Add products with quantities and unit costs
• Notes & Dates: Add expected delivery date, notes, and reference numbers

Tracking PO Status

Track purchase orders through their lifecycle: draft, submitted, partially received, received, cancelled.

• Draft: PO is being prepared
• Submitted: Sent to supplier or awaiting fulfillment
• Partially Received: Some items have been received
• Received: Full PO received and inventory updated
• Cancelled: PO was cancelled

PO Details

Each PO includes full line item details, quantities, unit costs, and totals.

• Items: Product, quantity, unit cost, and extended cost per line
• Costs: Subtotal, tax, and total PO value
• Receive: Record received quantities and update inventory via release templates

Export POs

Export purchase orders to CSV for reporting, accounting, or sharing with suppliers.
