Return Reason Tracking
Document why items were returned for analytics.
- Reason Codes: Select predefined reason codes (Defective, Wrong Item, Customer Changed Mind, etc.)
- Custom Notes: Add free-text notes explaining return reason
- Analytics: Return reasons are tracked for reporting and quality control
- Customer Insights: Use return reason data to identify product or process issues
- Staff Notes: Record additional context about the return
