Return History & Records
Complete audit trail of all returns per order.
- Complete Audit Trail: All returns are permanently recorded on original order
- Return Records: Each return includes return ID, date, items, reason, and refund details
- Staff Tracking: Records which staff member processed each return
- Timestamp: Exact date and time of return processing
- Multiple Returns: Orders can have multiple return records if items returned in batches
- Return Status: Track which items have been returned vs. original purchase
