Stripe Terminal/Card Reader Setup
Configure Stripe Terminal hardware, link your Stripe account in SortSwift POS, and connect your reader with a linking code.
Setup Steps
- In Stripe, confirm your store location exists under Terminal Locations (Stripe guide: Manage locations and zones).
- Confirm your reader is registered under Terminal Readers (Stripe guide: Register and manage readers).
- If you ordered your Stripe Terminal/card reader directly through Stripe, location and reader setup may happen automatically. If it did not, create them manually using the links above.
- Go to pos.sortswift.com and click the settings icon in the top-right of the dashboard.
- Link your Stripe account to SortSwift.
- Use the reader linking code shown in SortSwift POS to pair the Stripe Terminal/card reader.
