Apply a customer's store credit balance to pay for all or part of an order. Balances are synced with Shopify when integration is active.
Store credit can only be applied when the customer is identified. Associate the cart with a customer (by name, email, or Shopify customer) before checkout. The system fetches the current balance, which may come from SortSwift or Shopify depending on sync configuration.
Store credit can be combined with other payment methods in a split payment.
When Shopify integration is active, store credit balances are synced. You can batch-fetch Shopify balances and push SortSwift balances to Shopify. This keeps in-store and online credit consistent. See the Store Credit Shopify Integration docs for setup.
