Automatic Inventory Addition

How purchased items are automatically added to inventory.

1. After completing buy order, system processes inventory addition
2. For each purchased item:
   • Finds or creates matching inventory record
   • Locates matching stock item by SKU and variant
   • If stock item exists, adds quantity
   • If no stock item, creates new entry with purchase details
   • Records cost (what you paid) for profit tracking
   • Preserves comment and remarks if provided
3. Import log entries are created documenting purchase
4. Stock levels update immediately - items available for sale

Variant Matching: System matches items by productId, condAbbr, langAbbr, and printing. Cost is recorded from purchase price. Comment and remarks from buy order are preserved in inventory for tracking.
