Shopify Orders

Shopify orders sync automatically to SortSwift. You can list, view details, and perform actions directly from the Orders page.

• List & View: Browse Shopify orders with full details and line items
• Refresh from Shopify: Manually sync to pull the latest order updates
• Update: Edit order details and sync changes back to Shopify
• Cancel: Cancel orders and notify the customer
• Close / Re-open: Close completed orders or re-open closed ones

CardTrader Orders

CardTrader orders include specific workflows for shipping and cancellation.

• List & View: View order details and line items
• Set Tracking: Add tracking code or tracking number to orders
• Ship: Mark orders as shipped on CardTrader
• Request Cancellation: Initiate cancellation with the buyer
• Confirm Cancellation: Complete cancellation once approved
• CT0 Box Items: Handle CardTrader Zero (CT0) box-specific items

ManaPool Orders

ManaPool orders support fulfillment and tracking updates.

• List & View: View ManaPool order details
• Update Fulfillment: Update fulfillment status on ManaPool
• Tracking: Add or update tracking information

eBay Orders

eBay orders sync every 5 minutes. Inventory is automatically deducted when orders are received.

• Automatic Sync: Orders sync every 5 minutes from eBay
• Automatic Deduction: Inventory is deducted when orders are imported
• List & View: View eBay order details and fulfillment status

TCGPlayer Orders

TCGPlayer orders are synced and viewable in the unified order list. Use TCGPlayer Import for bringing in order files and adding inventory.
