Manage fulfillment lifecycle: create fulfillments, update tracking, cancel, and handle fulfillment orders with platform-specific workflows.
Creating Fulfillments
Create fulfillments to mark orders as shipped. You can fulfill entire orders or partial fulfillments (e.g., ship some items now, others later).
- Full Fulfillment: Mark all line items as fulfilled at once
- Partial Fulfillment: Fulfill selected line items; remaining items stay unfulfilled
- Tracking Info: Add tracking number and carrier when creating fulfillments
Cancel Fulfillments & Update Tracking
If you need to correct a fulfillment or update tracking after creation:
- Cancel Fulfillments: Cancel a fulfillment (where supported) to revert fulfillment status
- Update Tracking: Add or change tracking number and carrier on existing fulfillments
Fulfillment Orders Management
Fulfillment orders (e.g., Shopify FulfillmentOrders) can be held, released, moved, or rescheduled.
- Hold: Hold a fulfillment order (e.g., while preparing shipment)
- Release: Release a held order when ready to fulfill
- Move: Move fulfillment orders between locations or fulfillment services
- Reschedule: Reschedule fulfillment dates when needed
Refunds
Refund management is integrated with orders and fulfillments.
- Calculate Refund Amounts: System calculates refund totals including taxes and shipping
- Create Refunds: Create full or partial refunds for orders
- Refund History: List and review refund history for auditing
