Custom Orders
Create and manage orders manually when sales occur outside connected platforms—e.g., in-store, phone, or other offline channels.
Creating Custom Orders
Add custom orders to track sales that do not come from Shopify, CardTrader, eBay, or other integrations.
- Add Items: Search for products from your catalog and add line items with quantities and prices
- Customer Info: Optionally add customer name, email, and shipping address
- Order Details: Set order number, notes, and payment method for your records
Managing Custom Orders
Custom orders appear in the unified order list and support the same export and reporting features.
- Edit: Update line items, customer info, or notes
- Fulfillment: Mark as fulfilled and add tracking when shipped
- Inventory: Inventory deductions are applied when orders are created or fulfilled, depending on your configuration
