Create tier levels to reward your most loyal customers. Members progress through tiers based on points or spend, unlocking better benefits along the way.

Loyalty Program is a Beta feature and requires the Loyalty add-on subscription.

Tier Levels

Configure tier levels such as Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, or customize with your own names. Tiers are ordered from lowest to highest.

Base Tier: The default tier for new members (e.g., Bronze)
Higher Tiers: Unlocked when members reach the required threshold

Tier Thresholds

Set the points or spend required to reach each tier. Members advance automatically when they cross the threshold.

Points-Based: e.g., Silver at 1,000 points, Gold at 5,000 points
Spend-Based: e.g., Silver at $500 total spend, Gold at $2,000
Lifetime vs. Rolling: Choose whether thresholds are lifetime or rolling (e.g., past 12 months)

Tier Benefits

Define benefits for each tier. Higher tiers can have better point-earning rates, exclusive rewards, or priority access.

Bonus Points: Higher tiers earn more points per dollar (e.g., Gold: 1.5x points)
Exclusive Rewards: Certain rewards only available to higher tiers
Discounts: Tier-specific discounts or free shipping

Tracking Tier Progress

View each member's current tier and progress toward the next tier. Help customers understand how close they are to upgrading.

Current Tier: Displayed on member profile and in POS lookup
Progress Bar: Show points/spend toward next tier
Days to Downgrade: For rolling periods, show when a member might drop if inactive
