Program Setup
Configure the foundational settings for your loyalty program including points rules, branding, and program visibility.
Points Rules
Configure how many points customers earn per dollar spent. This is the core earning rate that drives your loyalty program.
- Points per Dollar: Set the earning rate (e.g., 1 point per $1 spent, or 10 points per $1)
- Rounding: Choose how to handle fractional points (round up, round down, or round to nearest)
- Minimum Purchase: Optionally require a minimum purchase amount before points are awarded
Program Name and Description
Customize how your loyalty program is presented to customers. The name and description appear in the customer portal and on receipts.
- Program Name: A short, memorable name for your program (e.g., "Store Rewards", "VIP Points")
- Description: A brief explanation of how the program works and what members can expect
Enable / Disable Program
Control whether your loyalty program is active. When disabled, members retain their points but no new points are earned or redeemed.
- Enabled: Program is active; customers earn and redeem points as configured
- Disabled: No new point transactions; existing balances and history are preserved
