Rewards
Define what members can redeem their points for—from discounts to free items—and manage your reward catalog.
Reward Catalog
Create a catalog of redeemable rewards. Examples include dollar-off discounts, free packs, percentage discounts, or custom rewards.
- $5 Off: Fixed dollar amount discount at redemption
- Free Pack: Free booster pack or product (configure product or category)
- Percentage Off: e.g., 10% off next purchase
- Custom Rewards: Define your own reward types with descriptions and terms
Redemption Costs
Set how many points each reward costs. Members must have sufficient points to redeem.
- Points Required: Specify the point cost for each reward (e.g., 500 points for $5 off)
- Minimum Purchase: Optionally require a minimum purchase amount when redeeming
- Tier Restrictions: Optionally restrict certain rewards to specific tiers
Edit and Delete Rewards
Update existing rewards or remove them from the catalog. Deleted rewards are hidden from members; past redemptions remain in history.
- Edit: Change name, description, point cost, or terms
- Delete: Remove reward from catalog; members can no longer redeem it
