Referral Codes

Each loyalty member receives a unique referral code they can share with friends and family. The code identifies who referred the new customer.

Auto-Generated: Codes are automatically assigned when members enroll
Unique Per Member: Each member has one referral code
Shareable: Members can share their code via link, QR, or word-of-mouth

Tracking Referrals and Completions

Track when a referred customer signs up and when they complete a qualifying action (e.g., first purchase). This determines when the referrer earns their reward.

Referral Created: When a new customer uses a referral code to sign up or enroll
Completion: When the referred customer meets the qualifying criteria (e.g., first sale)
Reward Trigger: Points or rewards are awarded to the referrer upon completion

Referral Stats Per Customer

View referral performance for each member: how many people they referred, how many completed, and rewards earned.

Referral Count: Total referrals attributed to the member
Completed Referrals: Referrals that met the completion criteria
Points Earned: Points awarded from completed referrals
