Awarding and Deducting Points Manually

Manually add or remove points for specific members. Use this for promotions, corrections, or goodwill adjustments.

• Award Points: Add points with an optional reason (e.g., "Birthday bonus", "Promotion")
• Deduct Points: Remove points with a reason for audit purposes
• Audit Trail: All manual adjustments are recorded in the transactions ledger

Viewing Point Balances

Customer Lookup

Find loyalty members quickly by searching with phone number, email, or referral code. Essential for fast lookups during checkout.

• Phone Lookup: Search by full or partial phone number
