Monitor and resolve sync errors from Shopify, CardTrader, ManaPool, eBay, and other platform integrations.
Sync errors are displayed in the Platform Sync or Sync Errors section. Each error shows the platform, error message, affected entity (e.g., product, order), and timestamp.
Once you have resolved an error (e.g., fixed a product on the platform), you can dismiss it from the list.
Error messages vary by platform. Common details include product ID, SKU, API response codes, and suggested actions. See the Troubleshooting section for platform-specific sync issues.
