Viewing Inventory Items
Understand inventory display, card previews, stock item details, and quantity information.
Inventory Cards
Each inventory card displays:
- Product Image: Card image thumbnail
- Product Name: Card name or product name
- Total Quantity: Sum of all stock item quantities
- Price Range: Minimum and maximum prices across stock items
- Quick Info: Condition breakdown, language, printing
- Sync Status: Visual indicators for Shopify sync status
Card Preview Dialog
Click on an inventory card to open the preview dialog:
- Large Card Image: Full-size product image
- Product Details: Set, number, rarity, colors, etc.
- Stock Items Table: All stock items with quantities and prices
- Stock Item Details: Condition, language, printing, quantity, price, cost
- Comments & Remarks: View public comments and internal remarks
- Location Information: Bin locations if stored in remarks
Quantity Display
Quantity information is displayed:
- Card Total: Sum of all stock item quantities shown on card
- Stock Item Quantity: Individual quantity for each variant
- Quantity Breakdown: See quantity by condition, language, printing
- Color Coding: Quantities may be color-coded (red for low stock)
Price Display
Price information shows:
- Price Range: Minimum and maximum prices across all stock items
- Individual Prices: Each stock item shows its specific price
- Autopriced Indicator: Visual indicator for autopriced items
- Manual Override Indicator: Shows items with manual price overrides
- Cost Information: View acquisition cost per item
