Overview
Bulk review allows you to process many staged items efficiently:
- Fast Processing: Review and approve hundreds of items quickly
- Batch Actions: Apply actions to multiple items at once
- Quality Control: Verify items before adding to inventory

Selecting Items to Review
Choose items for bulk review:
- Select All: Review all staged items
- Filter Selection: Filter by game, set, or date then select
- Manual Selection: Click individual item checkboxes
- Range Selection: Shift+Click to select ranges
- Selection Counter: See how many items selected
Bulk Approve
Approve multiple items to push to inventory:
- Review items in staging
- Select items that are ready to approve
- Click "Bulk Approve" or "Push to Inventory"
- Review summary of items to be added
- Choose target location (if multi-location)
- Confirm approval
- Items move from staging to main inventory
- Success notification appears
Bulk Reject
Remove items that shouldn't be added:
- Select items to reject
- Click "Bulk Reject" or "Delete"
- Optionally add reason for rejection
- Confirm deletion
- Items are removed from staging
Quick Edit During Review
Make quick edits without leaving bulk review:
- Inline Editing: Click to edit fields directly
- Price Adjustments: Quickly update prices
- Quantity Changes: Modify quantities
- Condition Updates: Change conditions as needed
- Auto-Save: Changes save automatically or on confirmation
Review Checklist
Before approving items, verify:
- Card Identity: Correct card name and set
- Condition: Accurate condition rating
- Pricing: Reasonable prices set
- Quantity: Correct quantities
- Language: Proper language set
- Printing: Foil/non-foil correctly identified
Keyboard Shortcuts
Speed up bulk review with shortcuts:
- Enter: Approve current item and move to next
- Delete: Reject current item
- E: Edit current item
- ↑/↓: Navigate between items
- Ctrl+A: Select all items
Tip: Use filters to review items by category or set. This allows you to focus on one type of card at a time and maintain consistent pricing and quality standards.
