Prerequisites

• Shopify store connected in Integrations → Shopify.
• At least one Shopify location mapped to a SortSwift warehouse.
• Sync rules defined (handles, price rounding, tax settings).
• Primary image assigned to products you plan to sync.

Push Modes

You can push inventory to Shopify in several ways:

• Batch push: Push a batch of selected items.
• Single push: Push one item at a time.
• Push all: Push all inventory to Shopify.
• Push remaining: Push only items not yet synced or needing updates.

Validate Items

Use the validate option to check items for missing data or sync issues before pushing. This helps avoid failed pushes.

Auto-Push Toggle

Enable auto-push so new inventory and price changes are sent to Shopify automatically without manual pushes.

Metafields Sync

Card-specific data (condition, set, collector number, etc.) is synced to Shopify metafields for themes and search filters.

Location Selection

Map SortSwift locations to Shopify locations. Choose which Shopify location receives inventory when pushing.

Block Sealed / Singles Toggles

Options to block sealed products or singles from being pushed to Shopify, so you can control what appears in your store.

Shopify Apps

SortSwift uses four Shopify apps: Main, Pricing, POS Connector, and Speed Booster. Each handles different aspects of sync.
