ManaPool Synchronization
Keep ManaPool listings aligned with your SortSwift inventory and prices.
Connect & Configure
- Add your ManaPool credentials in Integrations → ManaPool.
- Select which games/categories should sync to ManaPool.
- Set price modifiers or currency conversion rules if ManaPool operates in a different currency.
Sync Flow
- Select products in SortSwift and push them to ManaPool.
- SortSwift creates or updates the listing via the ManaPool API.
- ManaPool returns listing IDs, which SortSwift stores for future updates.
- Stock levels decrement automatically when ManaPool orders are fulfilled.
Monitoring Listings
- Status Column: Shows Active, Pending, or Error.
- Error Details: Hover to see the ManaPool error code and recommended fix.
- Retry: Click Retry Sync after resolving issues (e.g., missing image or invalid price).
- Delist: Disable sync or archive the item in ManaPool if you no longer want it listed.
