AutoSync
AutoSync runs background processes to keep inventory and platform listings in sync without manual intervention.
Overview
AutoSync includes several background jobs that run on schedules. These keep inventory deductions, order sync, preorders, and pricing up to date.
Deduction Log Sync
Runs hourly. Processes deductions from platform orders (e.g., Shopify, CardTrader, ManaPool) and applies them to SortSwift inventory so stock counts stay accurate.
eBay Order Sync
Runs every 5 minutes. Polls eBay for new paid orders and deducts inventory accordingly. Supports eBay push and listing management.
Square Order Sync
Runs every 5 minutes. Polls Square for new orders and syncs inventory deductions.
Preorder Expiration
Runs every 12 hours. Handles preorder status updates and expiration so preorder inventory is managed correctly.
Pricing Sync
Triggered when tcgcsv.com price data updates. SortSwift checks for price updates roughly every 30 minutes and applies autopricing rules when new data is available.
Configuration
Some AutoSync processes can be configured or disabled in Inventory → Platform Sync → AutoSync. Review the settings to match your store workflow.
