Individual Selection: Check boxes next to each item in the table
Select All: Checkbox in table header selects all items on current page
Select All Pages: Option to select items across all pages, not just current page
Deselect: Uncheck items to remove from selection
Selection Counter: Shows number of items currently selected
Visual Indicators: Selected rows are highlighted

Sort Options

Choose how items are organized in the picklist:

Order / Set / A-Z: Group by order number, then set, then alphabetically
Order / A-Z: Group by order number, then alphabetically
Set / A-Z: Group by set, then alphabetically
Remark / Set / A-Z: Group by location remark, then set, then alphabetically
Remark / A-Z: Group by location remark, then alphabetically
Order / Remark: Group by order number, then remark (location)
Remark: Sort primarily by location remark
A-Z: Simple alphabetical sorting
Rarity: Sort by card rarity
Color/Type: Sort by MTG color or card type
Color A-Z: Sort by color, then alphabetically
Game / Color / A-Z: Sort by game, color, then alphabetically
Date Descending: Most recent items first
Date Ascending: Oldest items first
Product Name A-Z / Z-A: Alphabetical by product name
Game / Set / A-Z: Sort by game, set, then alphabetically

Combining Like Items

Options for combining duplicate items:

Combine Like Items: Merge items with same product, condition, printing, language
Quantity Summation: Quantities are added together when combining
Order Preservation: Order numbers preserved when items combined
Use Cases: Useful when same card appears in multiple orders
TCGPlayer Merge: Special option to merge TCGPlayer orders by SKU ID

Preview Picklist

Preview your picklist before exporting:

Select items you want in the picklist
Choose your preferred sort option
Click "Preview Picklist" button or click on order numbers
Preview dialog shows organized picklist
Review the organization and grouping
Adjust sort option if needed and preview again
When satisfied, export to PDF or CSV

Picklist Preview Dialog

The preview dialog shows:

Organized List: Items sorted according to selected sort option
Grouping Indicators: Visual separation of groups (orders, sets, remarks)
Column Customization: Same column options as main table
Item Count: Total number of items in picklist
Export Buttons: Direct export to PDF or CSV from preview
Sort Option: Can change sort option and preview again
Close: Close dialog to return to main table

Tip: For warehouse efficiency, use "Remark / Set / A-Z" or "Remark / A-Z" sorting to group items by physical location (bin/remark), making picking faster and reducing travel time.
