Inventory Table Display

The inventory table displays inventory items with:

• Product Name: Card name or product name
• Card Image: Product image thumbnail
• Total Quantity: Sum of all stock item quantities
• Price Range: Minimum and maximum prices across stock items
• Stock Items: Expandable list showing individual stock entries
• Sync Status: Visual indicators for Shopify sync status
• Action Buttons: Edit, adjust, delete, sync buttons

Expanding Stock Items

To view individual stock items:

1. Click the expand icon on an inventory row
2. Stock items are displayed in a nested table
3. Each stock item shows: SKU ID, quantity, price, condition, language, printing
4. View comments and remarks for each stock item
5. See platform sync status for each stock item
6. Click collapse icon to hide stock items

Quantity Display

Quantity information is displayed in multiple ways:

• Total Quantity: Sum of all stock item quantities for the product
• Stock Item Quantity: Quantity for each specific variant (condition/language/printing)
• Color Coding: Quantities may be color-coded (red for low stock, etc.)
• Zero Quantity: Items with zero quantity are shown separately or filtered out

Price Display

Price information shows:

• Price Range: Minimum and maximum prices across all stock items
• Individual Prices: Each stock item shows its specific price
• Autopriced Indicator: Visual indicator for autopriced items
• Manual Override Indicator: Shows items with manual price overrides
• Currency: Prices display in your account currency
• Market Price: May show market price comparison if available

Card Preview

Hover over or click card images to see:

• Large card image preview
• Product details (set, number, rarity, etc.)
• All stock items with their details
• Quantity and price breakdown

Pagination

Navigate through large inventories:

• Page Numbers: Click page numbers to navigate
• Jump to Page: Enter page number to jump directly
• Items Per Page: Choose 25, 50, 100, or 200 items per page
• Total Count: Shows total inventory items matching filters

Sorting

Sort inventory by clicking column headers:

• Single Column Sort: Click header to sort ascending, click again for descending
• Multi-Column Sort: Hold Shift and click multiple columns
• Sort Options: Name, quantity, price, date added, etc.
• Sort Indicators: Arrows show sort direction
