Add Stock is the full-featured interface for adding new items to your inventory. Use it when you need to enter products with complete details: condition, language, printing type, quantity, price, cost, and location. Key features:

Product Search: Search by product name, set, or collector number to find the right SKU
Condition Selection: Choose from NM, LP, MP, HP, DM
Language & Printing: Select language and printing type (Normal, Foil, etc.)
Quantity, Price, Cost: Set quantities and pricing; cost tracks your acquisition cost
Location Assignment: Assign items to a bin/shelf (remark) for organization
Auto-Pricing: Apply autopricing config to automatically set prices based on market data

Accessing Add Stock

To add stock:

Navigate to /inventory/manage
Use the search field to find products by name, set, or collector number
Select the product (SKU) you want to add
Fill in condition, language, printing, quantity, price, cost, and location
Optionally apply auto-pricing via your autopricing configuration
Confirm to add the stock to inventory

Product Search

Search for products to add:

By Name: Type card or product name for fuzzy matching
By Set: Narrow by expansion set to find specific printings
By Collector Number: Use collector number for precise set+card matching
Search Results: Select the correct variant (condition/language/printing combinations) from results

Condition, Language & Printing

Specify item attributes:

Condition: Near Mint (NM), Lightly Played (LP), Moderately Played (MP), Heavily Played (HP), Damaged (DM)
Language: English, Japanese, and other supported languages
Printing Type: Normal, Foil, Etched, or other printing variants
Variant Uniqueness: Each combination of product + condition + language + printing is a distinct inventory line

Pricing & Cost

Set financial fields:

Price: Selling price for the item
Cost: Your acquisition cost for margin and reporting
Quantity: Number of units you are adding
Auto-Pricing: Use your autopricing configuration to auto-fill prices from market sources

Location Assignment

Assign items to a physical location:

Remark (Location): Enter or select bin, shelf, or area (e.g., A1, Back-Room, Shelf-3)
Default Location: Set a default location to speed up repeated entries
Picklist Integration: Location is used for picklist grouping when fulfilling orders

Swift Add vs Add Stock

For high-volume entry, use Swift Add:

Add Stock (Manage): Full form with all fields—best for detailed, one-off entries
Swift Add: Streamlined interface with fewer fields for faster bulk entry
When to Use Add Stock: When you need to set cost, location, or use auto-pricing explicitly

Best Practice: Configure autopricing rules so that new stock gets market-based prices automatically. Assign locations consistently to make picklists and inventory audits easier.
