Use powerful filters to find specific inventory items by game, set, condition, price, and more.

Search Bar

The search bar at the top of the inventory management page allows you to quickly find items:

Product Name: Search by card name or product name
SKU ID: Search by SKU ID for exact matches
Comments: Search within comment fields
Remarks: Search within remarks fields
Search is real-time and updates as you type
Results are filtered immediately

Set/Group Filter

Filter by specific sets or groups:

Select one or more sets from the dropdown
Multi-select allows filtering by multiple sets
Filtered by set abbreviation or name
Sets are dynamically loaded based on selected game

Quantity Range Filter

Filter inventory by stock quantity:

Set minimum quantity (e.g., show items with 5+ in stock)
Set maximum quantity (e.g., show items with 10 or less)
Use both to create a range (e.g., 5-10 items)
Helpful for finding low stock or overstocked items

Price Range Filter

Filter by price range:

Set minimum price (e.g., show items priced $10+)
Set maximum price (e.g., show items priced $50 or less)
Use both to create a price range
Filters based on the price range across all stock items

Condition Filter

Filter by card condition:

Select one or more conditions: NM, LP, MP, HP, DMG
Multi-select allows filtering by multiple conditions
Shows only inventory items with stock in selected conditions
Useful for finding specific condition inventory

Language Filter

Filter by card language:

Select languages: EN, JP, FR, DE, IT, ES, PT, etc.
Multi-select allows filtering by multiple languages
Shows only inventory items with stock in selected languages

Printing Filter

Filter by printing type:

Filter by Normal, Foil, Etched, or other printing types
Shows only inventory items with stock in selected printings
Printing types vary by game

Rarity Filter

Filter by card rarity:

Select rarities: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Mythic, etc.
Rarity options vary by game
Multi-select allows filtering by multiple rarities
Shows only inventory items matching selected rarities

Comments & Remarks Filter

Search within comments and remarks:

Comment Filter: Search within public-facing comments
Remark Filter: Search within internal remarks
Exact Match: Toggle for exact string matching vs substring matching
Useful for finding items by bin location, batch number, or custom tags

Sync Status Filter

Filter by platform sync status:

Filter by Shopify sync status (synced, not synced, sync errors)
Find items that need to be synced
Identify sync errors that need attention

Manual Price Override Filter

Filter items with manual price overrides:

Show only items with manual price overrides enabled
These items won't be affected by autopricing
Useful for finding items with custom pricing

Combining Filters

Filters work together:

All active filters are applied simultaneously (AND logic)
Example: Game=Magic + Set=Modern Horizons + Condition=NM + Price=$10-$50
Use multiple filters to narrow down results precisely
Clear individual filters or reset all filters

Saved Filters

Filter preferences are saved:

Filters are automatically saved to browser storage
Filters persist across page refreshes
Shared filters allow team members to use the same filter sets
Filter versioning ensures compatibility
