To import inventory from a CSV file:

1. Navigate to /inventory/import in your SortSwift account
2. Click "Upload CSV" or drag and drop your CSV file
3. Wait for the file to parse and detect headers
4. Map CSV columns to inventory fields (skuId, quantity, price, etc.)
5. Choose import mode: Direct Import or Staging Import
6. Review the preview table showing parsed data
7. Click "Import" to execute the import
8. For staging imports, navigate to /inventory/staging to review and approve items
