Getting Started
Access the Adjustment History page, understand log types, and navigate historical records.
To access Adjustment History:
- Navigate to
/inventory/historyin your SortSwift account - The page displays all inventory adjustment logs in a table
- Logs are sorted by most recent first
- Use filters to find specific logs
- Click on log entries to view detailed information
What is Adjustment History?
Adjustment History tracks all changes to your inventory:
- Import Logs: Records when items were imported via CSV
- Deduction Logs: Records when inventory was deducted (sales, damage, etc.)
- Adjustment Logs: Records manual quantity adjustments
- Each log entry includes: timestamp, staff member, quantity change, and details
- Provides complete audit trail of inventory changes
Interface Overview
The Adjustment History interface at /inventory/history includes:
- Header Section: Title "Inventory History" with History icon and Refresh button
- Summary Statistics Cards: Four gradient cards showing Total Logs, Imports (with quantity), Deductions (with quantity), and Adjustments
- Filter Panel: Expandable/collapsible filter card with game selection, date/time range, search fields, log type checkboxes, and cause filter
- Performance Alert: Info alert recommending filtering by game for better load times
- Loading Indicators: CircularProgress and LinearProgress bars with status messages
- Log Table: Sticky-header table with 12 columns displaying all log entries (max height 70vh, scrollable)
- Pagination: Material-UI pagination component at bottom (50 logs per page)
- Empty State: Card with icon and message when no logs match filters
- Error Display: Red Alert component for fetch errors
- Snackbar Notifications: Success/error messages at bottom center (auto-hide 6 seconds)
