Shopify Catalog Export
Produce Shopify-compliant product files for bulk uploads or catalog refreshes.
Preparing the Export
- Filter inventory to the collection you want to publish (game, set, or tag).
- Confirm each item has Shopify sync enabled and a primary image.
- Open Export → Shopify Catalog and choose New Products or Update Existing.
Included Fields
- Product: Title, Description template, Vendor, Product Type, Tags, Collections.
- Variant: SKU, Barcode, Option values (Condition, Language, Printing), Price, Compare-at Price, Inventory Policy.
- Images: Primary and secondary image URLs, plus alt text generated from card details.
- Metafields: Game, Set Code, Collector Number, TCGplayer ID if your Shopify theme leverages them.
Uploading to Shopify
- Download the CSV and upload it via Shopify Admin → Products → Import.
- Preview the import. Shopify highlights any missing required columns before committing.
- Complete the import. Shopify emails a status report once processing finishes.
- If items already exist, use the Update Existing Products with the Same Handle checkbox to refresh pricing and inventory.
