Scheduling an Email Export

1. Open Export → Email Export and click Create Schedule.
2. Choose the dataset (full inventory, filtered view, or saved search).
3. Set frequency: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Custom.
4. Add recipients (internal staff, accounting, vendors). You can include multiple addresses separated by commas.

Email Contents

• Attachment: CSV or Excel file using your selected column template.
• Summary: High-level stats (total SKUs, total units, last sync timestamp).
• Links: Quick access to the filtered Location Summary or Inventory view inside SortSwift.

Managing Existing Schedules

1. Use the schedule list to pause, resume, or delete exports.
2. Click Send Now to trigger an immediate export outside the regular cadence.
3. View delivery history to confirm emails were sent and downloaded.
4. Duplicate schedules for other teams without rebuilding filters from scratch.
