CSV Export
Export a clean, customizable CSV for reporting, reconciliation, or bulk editing.
Export Steps
- Open Inventory → Exporting Inventory → CSV Export.
- Filter the inventory list (optional) to target specific SKUs, categories, or locations.
- Click Export CSV and choose the data set: entire inventory, filtered results, or selected rows.
- Select the column template: Standard, Pricing, or your saved custom layout.
- Generate and download the CSV file. Large exports run in the background and send an email when ready.
Column Options
- Identification: SKU, Product Name, Set, Collector Number.
- Inventory: Quantity, Reserved quantity, Location, Remark.
- Pricing: Cost, Current Price, Last Reprice Date, Marketplace status.
- Metadata: Condition, Language, Printing, Tags, Last Modified By.
Saving Templates
- Configure columns and order them to match your desired output.
- Click Save as Template and give it an easy-to-recognize name.
- Share templates with your team or limit them to your profile.
- Templates appear in the dropdown the next time you export.
