Selecting Items for the Export

1. Filter inventory to the categories you want to publish (e.g., Pokémon Modern, MTG Reserved List).
2. Use Hotlists to highlight priority cards with boosted pricing.
3. Click Export Buylist and confirm whether you want cash prices, credit prices, or both.

File Format

• Columns: Product Name, Set, Collector Number, Condition, Language, Cash Price, Credit Price, Notes.
• Optional: Include quantity wanted, game, or any custom tags you use to communicate priority.
• Branding: Add your store logo and contact details in the header so customers know how to submit orders.

Sharing the Buylist

• Email the CSV to your buylist mailing list or attach it to Discord announcements.
• Embed the file in your website or customer portal for self-service access.
• Print a condensed version (top 100 cards) for in-store signage.
