Getting Started
Access the CSV History page, understand import records, and navigate CSV import history.
To access CSV History:
- Navigate to
/inventory/csv-historyin your SortSwift account - The page displays all CSV import records in a table
- Each row represents one CSV file import
- View import status, success/error counts, and timestamps
- Click on rows to expand and view detailed import information
What is CSV History?
CSV History tracks all CSV file imports:
- Import Records: One record per CSV file uploaded
- Import Status: Completed, Failed, or In Progress
- Row Counts: Total rows, successful imports, errors
- File Information: Filename, upload date, file size
- Error Details: View specific rows that failed to import
- Complete audit trail of all CSV import activity
Interface Overview
The CSV History interface includes:
- Search Bar: Search imports by filename
- Log Table: Displays all CSV import records
- Status Column: Visual indicators for import status
- Expandable Rows: Click to view detailed import results
- Error Display: Shows failed rows with error messages
- Retry Button: Retry failed imports directly from history
- Delete Button: Remove import records
- Export Button: Export CSV history to file
- Pagination: Navigate through pages of import records
