Viewing Addition Logs
Understand addition log display, view addition details, success/error counts, and addition status.
Addition Log Table
The addition log table displays records with:
- Filename: Source file that added items to inventory
- Status: Success or error status of the addition
- Successes: Number of items successfully added
- Errors: Number of items that failed to add
- Date: Timestamp of when addition occurred
Reading Addition Logs
To understand addition logs:
- Each row represents one addition operation
- Filename indicates the source of the addition (CSV import, manual addition, etc.)
- Success count shows how many items were added
- Error count shows how many items failed to add
- Date shows when the addition occurred
- Status indicates overall result of the addition operation
Sorting Logs
Sort addition logs by:
- Date: Most recent first (default) or oldest first
- Filename: Alphabetical order
- Status: Group by success/error status
- Success Count: Sort by number of successful additions
- Click column headers to change sort order
