Getting Started
Access the Addition History page, understand addition records, and navigate addition history.
To access Addition History:
- Navigate to
/inventory/addition-historyin your SortSwift account - The page displays all inventory addition records in a table
- Each row represents one addition operation
- View addition details including filename, status, and counts
- See when items were added to inventory
What is Addition History?
Addition History tracks when items were added to inventory:
- Addition Records: Tracks each addition operation
- Source File: Filename of the import that added items
- Status: Success or error status of the addition
- Counts: Number of successful additions and errors
- Timestamp: When the addition occurred
- Provides audit trail of inventory additions
Interface Overview
The Addition History interface includes:
- Log Table: Displays all addition records
- Filename Column: Source file for the addition
- Status Column: Success or error status
- Successes Column: Number of items successfully added
- Errors Column: Number of items that failed to add
- Date Column: Timestamp of when addition occurred
