Addition Details
View detailed information about each addition including items added, quantities, and timestamps.
Addition Record Fields
Each addition record contains:
- Filename: Source file that triggered the addition (CSV filename, etc.)
- Status: Success, Failed, or Partial Success
- Success Count: Number of items successfully added to inventory
- Error Count: Number of items that failed to add
- Date: Timestamp of when addition occurred
- Total Rows: Total number of items processed
Understanding Success Count
Success count represents:
- Number of items successfully added to inventory
- Items that passed validation and were imported
- Can be used to verify import results
- Compare with total rows to identify partial successes
Understanding Error Count
Error count represents:
- Number of items that failed to add
- Items that failed validation or encountered errors
- Common causes: Invalid SKU, missing required fields, duplicate entries
- Review error details in CSV History for specific error messages
Timestamp Information
Date field shows:
- When the addition operation occurred
- Formatted as date and time
- Used for sorting and filtering additions
- Helps track when inventory was updated
