ManaPool Webhooks
Webhooks allow ManaPool to notify SortSwift about sales and listing updates instantly.
Events Captured
- Order Placed: SortSwift deducts inventory and records the order reference.
- Listing Updated: External changes (price/stock) are pulled back into SortSwift.
- Listing Removed: Sync is paused until you review the item.
Configuration
When you connect ManaPool, SortSwift registers webhook endpoints automatically. You can review active webhooks inside ManaPool under API Tokens → Webhooks. No additional setup is necessary unless you regenerate your token.
Troubleshooting
- Open SortSwift’s webhook log to confirm events are delivered.
- Verify your ManaPool token is still valid—expired tokens block webhook calls.
- Use ManaPool’s resend option to replay missed events after you resolve issues.
