Testing the Connection
Run quick checks to confirm SortSwift and ManaPool are communicating correctly.
Health Check
- Open Integrations → ManaPool → Test Connection.
- Click Run Test to verify token validity, webhook registration, and warehouse mapping.
- Resolve any flagged items (expired token, inactive webhook) before continuing.
Test Listing
- Choose a low-value product and push it to ManaPool as a test.
- Confirm the push queue shows Success and a new listing ID.
- View the listing on ManaPool to verify price, condition, and quantity.
- Remove the test listing when finished.
Logs & Monitoring
- Activity Feed: Confirms API calls are succeeding.
- Webhook Log: Ensures ManaPool responses reach SortSwift.
- Error Log: Filters by SKU to troubleshoot failed pushes.
