Disconnecting ManaPool
Temporarily pause sync or remove the API key entirely. Existing ManaPool listings stay up but will no longer update automatically.
Pause vs Disconnect
- Pause Sync: Stops pushes and auto-push but keeps the API key on file. Webhooks may still be active.
- Disconnect: Removes the API key and disables all automation (push, wipe, webhooks) until you reconnect.
Disconnect Steps
- Open Integrations → ManaPool.
- Wait for pending push or wipe jobs to complete.
- Click Disconnect and confirm.
- Optional: Revoke the API key on ManaPool if you do not plan to reconnect soon.
After Disconnecting
- Existing ManaPool listings remain live but will not update automatically.
- Inventory will not sync when sales happen on ManaPool—track and adjust manually.
- Webhooks stop; ManaPool will no longer send order or listing events to SortSwift.
- Order management (fulfillment, tracking) will no longer sync.
- Reconnect any time by entering a valid API key again; webhooks will be re-registered.
