Connecting ManaPool
Link ManaPool to SortSwift so inventory and pricing stay synchronized automatically.
Connection Steps
- Open Settings → Integrations → ManaPool in SortSwift.
- Enter your ManaPool store name and the API access token (see next article for how to generate it).
- Select the SortSwift location that feeds your ManaPool catalog.
- Click Connect to validate credentials.
Location Mapping
Ensure the inventory location you choose contains only items you plan to sell on ManaPool. SortSwift uses this mapping to determine which stock levels should sync.
Verify the Connection
- Status card should read Connected with the last sync time.
- Use the Test Listing option to confirm SortSwift can create a sample listing.
- Review the activity feed for “ManaPool heartbeat” entries confirming communication.
