What is eBay Integration?

Connect your eBay seller account to automatically sync inventory and manage listings:

• Inventory Sync: Keep eBay listings updated with your SortSwift inventory
• Listing Management: Create and update eBay listings from SortSwift
• Order Import: Import eBay sales into your system
• Price Updates: Sync pricing changes across platforms
• Quantity Tracking: Automatic stock updates when items sell

Requirements

Before connecting eBay:

• eBay Seller Account: Active eBay seller account in good standing
• SortSwift Subscription: Active subscription with eBay integration enabled
• Inventory: Items in your SortSwift inventory to sync

Connecting eBay

Steps to connect your eBay account:

1. Navigate to /integrations
2. Find the eBay integration section
3. Click "Connect eBay"
4. You'll be redirected to eBay to authorize SortSwift
5. Sign in to your eBay seller account
6. Review and accept the permissions requested
7. You'll be redirected back to SortSwift
8. Your eBay account is now connected

Initial Setup

After connecting, configure your integration:

• Sync Settings: Choose which inventory to sync to eBay
• Listing Templates: Set up default listing templates
• Pricing Rules: Configure pricing strategies for eBay
• Shipping Settings: Set up shipping options and rates
• Categories: Map your product categories to eBay categories

Testing Your Connection

Verify your eBay integration is working:

1. Select a test item from your inventory
2. Use the "Push to eBay" function
3. Check that the listing appears in your eBay seller account
4. Verify pricing and details are correct
5. Test a quantity update to ensure sync is working
